Scholars Program Application Arts Program Application The application deadline for the Academy for Fine Arts and Academics has been extended to Friday, April 26th.	City of Bayonne resident I.D.’s can be obtained at the Recreation Office in City Hall Room 13 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays,& Fridays from noon until 4:00 pm and on Wednesdays from 4-8:00 pm. The fee for an I.D. is $5.00. Applicants must bring at least two forms of identification with them, one of which must be a current telephone or PSE&G bill. Acceptable forms of identification include leases, driver’s licenses, non-driver I.D. cards from the Motor Vehicle Commission, and other valid documents.
